Mr Raihan Taqui Syed holds Bachelor of Engineering degree from India. He was one among three Asians selected by European Union funded Erasmus Mundus scholarship program and was awarded forty two thousand Euros (approx. thirty two lakh rupees) to pursue his Master degree majoring in Education Management in Norway and Spain. He was then selected by James Cook University, Australia to carry out his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program specializing in Human Resource Management. He received ‘High Performing Student’ award by the university for his academic excellence.
Mr Raihan is nominated as Associate Director for Centre for Advanced Studies in Management Education and Training, (CASME&T), Mysore, India. He has been associated with many organizations in India and abroad as Faculty, Trainer, Consultant and Researcher.
Mr Raihan has studied, conducted research and worked in 5 culturally different countries and has travelled over 20 countries in Africa, Europe, Middle East and South Asia till date. He has 3 publications to his credit in international and national journals of repute. He has presented 4 academic papers in International & national conferences and has participated in over 10 workshops and conferences held in Asia and Europe.
Mr Raihan is a Corporate Member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), India, Mysore Chapter and Member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA, India Chapter. He is one among the founding members of the CII – Young Indians, Mysore Chapter. He strongly believes in ‘giving back to the society’ and is actively engaged in many volunteering activities and supports various social causes in India.

Mr. Utsav Agarwal heads Bhoruka Fabcons Pvt Ltd (BFPL) which is into aluminium machining. He completed his schooling in Mysore and then moved to the USA for his undergraduate studies. He has a major in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois, USA. His work experience ranges from consulting, start-ups, manufacturing and investment banking (M&A). He spent about 3 years working in the financial derivative sector after completing undergraduate studies
Mr Utsav enjoys the challenges of doing business in India and prefers to be in a demanding environment which requires building things from scratch, rather than being part of a well-established system. His biggest learning so far has come from being part of an 18 month M&A deal and from starting an online document sharing company called www.edocumentz.com that failed to take off!
Mr Utsav has been a part of CII – Yi, Bangalore chapter since 2011 and it was this drive of doing something for the country that led him to start the Yi chapter in Mysore in July 2014. He is the current Chairman of the CII-Yi, Mysore chapter.

Mr Charles Tee brings more than 30 years of international travel and hospitality industry experience to his role as a consultant and trainer having served in senior management positions with companies such as Millennium & Copthorne International, Zuji, Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts, Rosenbluth International Travel and the Shangri-La. A graduate of Macquarie University in Sydney where he received a Master of Arts in Marketing Management, Mr Charles also holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and had most recently served as Chief Operating Officer Asia for Wotif.com a global specialist in last-minute accommodation where he was responsible for the Group’s strategic development, growth and operations in Asia. He spearheaded a team handling product development, business generation and customer services and support and within a period of 12 months he took the company from S$ 2 million to S$ 8.5 million in sales revenue growth.
Mr Charles is acknowledged as a consultant and trainer who is creative and engaging and has trained executives in the travel, hospitality, meetings and events, spa and wellness, banking and related industries in the areas of customer service, managing customer relationships and in sales and marketing. He is qualified as a trainer for the Workplace Service Qualification (WSQ) programmes having received ACTA accreditation from the Workplace Development Agency (WDA).
Mr Charles is also an associate lecturer at several educational institutions including James Cook University, RMIT University, Murdoch University, Southern Cross University and the Tourism Management Institute of Singapore where he teaches both Masters and Bachelor degree programmes and is a regular presenter at marketing and tourism and industry events where he has delivered papers on the art of service, marketing and branding. He is enrolled as a doctoral Student undertaking the Doctor in Education (EdD) at Institute of Education, University of London, United Kingdom.
